  1. JoyLot Rewards

    Welcome to JoyLot Rewards!

    JoyLot's standard 3% rewards program is offered on all purchases site-wide, plus any additional rewards offered on specific items. Items with additional rewards will be displayed on the details page for each item in a whole number which will include the JoyLot 3%. 

    General:

    What is the JoyLot 3% Rewards Program?

    The JoyLot 3% Rewards Program is purposed to grant JoyLot buyers, money back on the items bought on JoyLot. This is due to the items purchased and will automatically recruit the rewards into your account. Based on leaving a positive feedback or reaching the 60-day time element, your JoyLot Dollars will then be available to you.

    You can use your JoyLot Dollars to purchase items on JoyLot. You will instantly be credited as a result. For example, if your purchase is $100.00, you will receive $3.00 into your JoyLot account within 60-days after your purchase date, we will automatically credit your spending account. You can then use the $3.00 as a coupon towards your next purchase. Your $3.00 will instantly be deducted from your total amount during checkout.

    If an item shows earn extra 10% in rewards, this concludes the standard JoyLot 3% plus an additional 7% offered for that particular item. in which you'll receive $10.00 for a $100.00 purchase with 60 days from your purchase date.

    Is there a fee to sign up for the JoyLot Rewards Program?

    No. There is no initial fee to sign up. It is FREE to members and will always be FREE.

    Enrollment:

    Can anyone enroll in the JoyLot 3% Rewards Program?

    Yes. Anyone can enroll domestically and internationally as a member of the JoyLot Rewards Program.

    Is it possible to earn JoyLot Dollars on more than 1 account?

    No. There is a limit of 1 account per member. You cannot earn JoyLot Dollars on more than one account. This is to ensure the integrity of the program.

    What is required to join the JoyLot 3% Rewards Program?

    • You must be 18 years of age or older.
    • You must confirm your purchase on the JoyLot website with a valid PayPal account or a valid credit card.
    • You must become a JoyLot member.
    • You must maintain an active account with no limitations.

    How can you enroll into the JoyLot Rewards Program?

    It is quick and easy to enroll. Your enrollment is automatic. You can also enroll by the recommendation of another JoyLot member or simply through enrolling on the JoyLot.com website.

    Receiving JoyLot Dollars:

    Are there any restrictions when it comes to earning JoyLot Dollars?

    Yes. You are restricted from earning your JoyLot Dollars in certain categories located on JoyLot.com.

    The following categories of prohibition to receiving JoyLot Dollars include:

    • Real Estate
    • Cars
    • Industrial
    • Heavy Equipment & Machinery
    • Healthcare

    Note: Other restricted categories may later apply to the JoyLot Dollars Program. 

    How can you determine the amount received for active purchases made on JoyLot?

    The amount received is appraised by examining the (item amount) x (volume elected) x (percentage received). Shipping, taxes, and other fees are excluded from this determining factor.

    What percentage will you earn as a JoyLot Dollar Rewards member?

    You will earn a 3% reward when you make any active purchase(s) on JoyLot.com. 

    Is the JoyLot 3% Rewards percentage subject to change?

    Yes. The percentage of 3% for the JoyLot Rewards Program is subject to change with or without prior notice.

    Are there any conditions as to how many JoyLot Dollars you can receive?

    No. There aren’t any conditions or restrictions on earning JoyLot Dollars with the 3% Rewards Program.

    What is the time period you can receive JoyLot Dollars?

    There is no time period. You have an unlimited time span when receiving JoyLot Dollars.

     

    Is it possible to receive JoyLot Dollars and benefit from other JoyLot promotions?

    Yes, it is possible. You can receive JoyLot Dollars in affiliation with other JoyLot specials or promotions while using your 3% Rewards. JoyLot encourages you to receive JoyLot Dollars while taking full advantage of other deals found on JoyLot.com. It is for your benefit as a JoyLot member.

    Can I earn JoyLot Rewards while returning an item?

    No. You cannot earn JoyLot Dollar Rewards if you return the item purchased. If you as a seller request for your final value fee from the account of the buyer, the buyers JoyLot rewards will not be earned.

    What can you do to verify your JoyLot Dollars?

    When you sign into your account, you will be able to verify your JoyLot Dollars through its pending status. After leaving a positive feedback to the seller or by waiting for the cycle of 60-days, you will be able to see your useable funds and apply it towards your next purchase. Every item available will show you your JoyLot earnings in your account as an active member.

    Redeeming JoyLot Dollars:

    When will you get your JoyLot Dollars?

    Every 60-days your JoyLot Dollars will become redeemable. If you like to speed the process and avoid the waiting time of 60 days, you may leave a positive feedback to the seller and the JoyLot Rewards Dollars will become immediately available. Your JoyLot Dollars cannot be redeemed for cash back nor are they transferable. Your JoyLot Dollars can only be used for JoyLot active purchases. If you shop online at JoyLot.com you can apply your redeemable dollars towards your purchase excluding purchases made in restricted categories. See the above section entitled Receiving JoyLot Dollars for more details.

    Availability

    Most items offered by for sale on JoyLot are available for immediate shipping. On occasions, a product may be oversold or no longer available. We will notify you via email and your card will not be charged.

    Delivery and shipping address provided customer responsibility

    By placing an order and providing the ship to address, you the customer take responsible for providing the correct and verified address. You are also responsible for accepting the package at the address provided.

    International Orders

    Items listed by JoyLot have a drop-down list with the ship to countries we offer. Items that have your country listed in the list are available for international shipping.

    For the shipping rates and charges check the shipping rates listed on the Shipping Options and details section in each listing.

    We use all the major mail carriers to ship orders including DHL, FedEx, UPS, and the United Postal Service. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer the option to choose a mail carrier.

    In your checkout, we collect International import fees, including Value Added Tax (VAT), customs duties, and brokerage charges. Your package will be delivered to your destination without any additional fees.

    Any refused not accepted packages will result in a deduction of the internation VAT/Duty and shipping both ways fees.

     Returning an item to JoyLot is the responsibility of the buyer. JoyLot does not offer free returns on international orders and therefore the customer is responsible for all shipping fees and duty import fees.

    Merchandise Grouping

    In order to keep the shipping cost down. We will try to consolidate your order in the minimum number of shipments possible.

    In some cases, you may receive more shipments than expected to receive your order. We will never charge you for more shipping then the original amount paid for your order

    Note that items listed as Not Yet Released or Back Ordered can delay orders that are or may be combined with other items in stock.

    Shipping

    JoyLot ships orders daily Monday to Friday except for major holidays.

    We ship to all addresses within the US including P.O. Box, APO AE, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Note that some item that may be overweight or too large for post office handling will be required to be shipped to a physical address.

    International orders are also accepted as on the listing details page displaying the list of countries will ship to with the shipping fee details. Note that there may be some restrictions on specific products and therefore some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

    Every product listed on JoyLot will display the shipping rates set by us. Note that some items may not be eligible to combine shipping.

    Shipping Consolidate

    In order to keep the shipping cost down. We will try to consolidate your order in the minimum number of shipments possible.

    Shipping Fees

    Every item being offered or sold on JoyLot has the shipping fees charges that JoyLot is charging. Most items are available to combine shipping from each seller. Shipping fees are charged by Item(s) or by Weight (for example)

    Fixed Rate Shipping Fee.

    • Base If you buy an item that has the Base Fee charge you will pay the amount stated below the Base row.
    • + Additional Item = The additional item fee will be added for each additional item you buy from the seller in the same shipping group.
    • + Insurance = The insurance fee charge is offered by the seller, if there is an Insurance fee stated the fee will be charged for each item in your cart.
    • Insurance Option = If there is no amount stated and the insurance is included no additional charges will be added. If there is an amount and the option is requires you will be required to pay the insurance fees, if the insurance is optional you may decline or accept the insurance coverage option.

       

    If a seller is offering an item and is charging a Base $4.95 + Additional Item at $1.95 and you buy 4 item your total would be $4.95 + $1.95 + $1.95 + $1.95 = $10.80

    If the insurance is included or optional you will not be charged any additional fees. However, if you choose to insure or you are required to get insurance and there is a $0.50 insurance fee you will be charged an additional $0.50 for each item for insurance.

    Per Pound Shipping Fee.

    • Base = If you buy an item that has the Base Fee charge you will pay the amount stated below the Base row.
    • + Weight If there is a fee in the + Weight row the fee will be added to your base charge and every additional item you add to your cart you will pay the + Weight charge only within the same shipping group.
    • + Insurance = The insurance fee charge is offered by the seller, if there is an Insurance fee stated the fee will be charged for each item in your cart.
    • Insurance Option = If there is no amount stated and the insurance is included no additional charges will be added. If there is an amount and the option is requires you will be required to pay the insurance fees, if the insurance is optional you may decline or accept the insurance coverage option.

    If you see an item you want and the Base is $4.95 + Weight $6.50 your total order for that one item is $11.45.

    To purchase multiple items and combine shipping. If the Base is $4.95 + Weight $6.50 and you buy two items your total will be $4.95 + $6.50 + $6.50 = $17.95 each additional item you add the Base charge will not be added to the checkout total and only the + Weight fee will be added.

    If the insurance is included or optional you will not be charged any additional fees. However, if you choose to insure or you are required to get insurance and there is a $0.50 insurance fee you will be charged an additional $0.50 for each item for insurance.

    Shipping Restrictions

    Due to some restriction on specific products, we may not be able to ship certain items to some destinations. Each items has its shipping rate and shipping destination available.

    Shipping Time

    Most orders placed by the cutoff time are processed and shipped the same. In some cases, an order will require additional day handling time and can take up to 48 hrs to process.

    Rapid and Express labeled orders are processed the same day in assurance to deliver by the promised date. 

    We use all the major mail carriers to ship orders including JoyLot.com trucking service, DHL, FedEx, UPS, and the United Postal Service. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer the option to choose a mail carrier.

    On occasion, there may be an unexpected delay on your order. We will notify you via email with the delay of your order and approximate ship date.

    If you have placed an order in a standard ground shipping service, and require to upgrade to a faster shipping service. In this case, we may require you to contact us to upgrade your shipping option if possible and there may be a difference in shipping fees. To upgrade your shipping service please call: 800-393-5050

    Tracking

    Upon shipping of an item, we will send you an email with your order details confirming the shipped item, shipping carrier, and tracking number. Upon receipt of your tracking number and the shipping carrier please check with the shipping carriers website to track your order.

    Undelivered or Wrong Address Packages

    Occasionally packages may be returned to us for an undelivered or bad address. In this case, we will issue a full refund ( including shipping ) and the order will not be re-shipped

    Weather Delays

    If you reside in areas experiencing snowstorms or other extreme weather, there may be an additional 1-2 days delay in your package to arrive.
