    Buyers Protection Policy will cover your purchase made on JoyLot.com in the event that you do not receive the item you purchased, or if you have received an item that is materially different than what is described in the product listing.     Delivery and Condition Coverage

    • If a seller misrepresented the condition or details of an item in any way that is materially different the seller is required to offer a refund or exchange within 30 days of shipment date. If the seller fails to accept a return or an exchange, you are eligible to request a claim form for our buyer protection guarantee.

    The following reasons are considered materially different

    • Damaged
    • Non-working condition
    • Item condition or details not as described
    • Wrong model or edition
    • Wrong item
    • Missing parts or components

    Protection eligibility

    1. You the buyer have purchased the item in good faith from the seller and never received the item, or the item received is materially different than what is described in the product listing.
    2. You must be a member before the time of the purchase and your purchase must be made through the JoyLot.com site.
    3. The seller from who you purchased from must be enrolled in the buyer's protection plan and must have the buyer's protection seal next to his/her seller's information section on the top right below the item number.
    4. Your purchase must be made directly through the site to be eligible for the buyer's protection policy.
    5. You must have completed and paid in full to the seller within 10 days from the date of purchase.
    6. You must provide proof of payment such as (credit card receipt or statement).
    7. Claim request forms must be made within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase.

    Claim Limits

    • Buyers are limited to a lifetime maximum of five claims for purchases made on JoyLot Marketplace or Merchant seller on the JoyLot.com website.

    Coverage Limits

    • Claims will be covered based on your order total and protected up to the amount stated on the seller's protection amount.

    Is there any cost?

    • Buyers are covered at no extra cost. We are committed to a safe shopping experience on JoyLot.com website and when completing your purchase using the JoyLot.com checkout, you are automatically covered with your purchase.

    Warranty Coverage

    • Items an item becomes defective after 30 days from the date of delivery and is under the manufacturer warranty, you must contact the manufacturer for repair or replacement.

    Claim Processing

    Prior to filing a claim, you are required to attempt all reasonable options to resolve the issue with the seller. Requirements and Filing a claim are as follow:

    1. Keep in touch with the seller confirming that he is aware of your purchase and requesting an approximate delivery time or returning the product for an exchange or refund.
    2. Keep all records you may have such as (email communications with the seller, proof of payment, packaging, photographs, etc.)
    3. Print the listing details page with the protection coverage eligibility.
    4. If you're unable to resolve the matter with the seller, you must check with your credit card company to see if they can resolve the problem.
    5. If you have not been able to reach an agreement with the seller or the credit card company within a (30) day period you may request a claim form to start the claim process. Please note that by receiving a claim form does not indicate that you are eligible for the claim filed against the seller.
    6. Upon receiving your claim form our claims administrator must receive your form within forty-five (45) days from the date stated on claim form, Attached with all documents and information required (as stated in the claim form).

    After receiving your claim form one of our claims administrator team will investigate your claim and contacts you with a decision within 45 days of receipt of your claim. Our investigation team may request additional information in order to complete your claim. All merchandise received that is subject to the claim must be returned to the claims administrator upon request.

    If you have tried the options above and are still unable to get a response from your Seller, you can request additional contact information directly from JoyLot. First, click on the “Advanced Search” link under the “Search” button in the JoyLot header. Next, scroll down to retrieve Buyer-Seller Contact Information.

    Note: In order to obtain contact information from another member you have to have a transaction in common.

    CLEANING MY LENSES

    1.  Rinse under warm running water to remove any sandy/gritty debris.

    2.  Clean with a mild liquid dishwashing soap to remove facial oils.

    3.  Rinse with water.

    4.  Dry with a soft cotton cloth.

    5.  Polish your lenses with the microfiber Crizal lenses cleaning cloth provided to you.

      You can also use the Crizal lenses cloth for touch-up cleaning throughout the day when it is not convenient to wash your lenses. While the hydrophobic properties of Crizal No-Glare lenses facilitate the removal of smudges, dust, dirt, and fingerprints more easily, the smudges and fingerprints may appear more visible on Crizal No-Glare lenses than on an uncoated lens. Watch a video on how to clean your Crizal lenses.
       

    Occasional use of alcohol on Crizal No-Glare lenses will not be harmful. However, we do not recommend continuous, daily use.

    The JoyLot 3% Rewards Program is purposed to grant JoyLot buyers and sellers money back on the items bought on JoyLot. This is due to the items purchased and will automatically recruit the rewards into your account. Based on leaving a positive feedback or reaching the 60-day time element, your JoyLot Dollars will then be available to you.

    You can use your JoyLot Dollars to purchase items on JoyLot. You will instantly be credited as a result. For example, if your purchase is $100.00, you will receive $3.00 into your JoyLot account within 60-days after your purchase date, we will automatically credit your spending account. You can then use the $3.00 as a coupon towards your next purchase. Your $3.00 will instantly be deducted from your total amount during checkout.

    If an item shows earn extra 10% in rewards, this concludes the standard JoyLot 3% plus an additional 7% offered for that particular item. in which you'll receive $10.00 for a $100.00 purchase with 60 days from your purchase date.

    When you sign into your account, you will be able to verify your JoyLot Dollars through its pending status. After leaving a positive feedback to the seller or by waiting for the cycle of 60-days, you will be able to see your useable funds and apply it towards your next purchase. Every item available will show you your JoyLot earnings in your account as an active member.

    Redeeming JoyLot Dollars:

    When will you get your JoyLot Dollars?

    Every 60-days your JoyLot Dollars will become redeemable. If you like to speed the process and avoid the waiting time of 60 days, you may leave a positive feedback to the seller and the JoyLot Rewards Dollars will become immediately available. Your JoyLot Dollars cannot be redeemed for cash back nor are they transferable. Your JoyLot Dollars can only be used for JoyLot active purchases. If you shop online at JoyLot.com you can apply your redeemable dollars towards your purchase excluding purchases made in restricted categories.     Return Policy

    You may return new items sold and shipped within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. JoyLot will even cover the shipping cost if the return is the result of our error or if you have received an incorrect or defective item.

    We'll cover the return shipping for items listed with the free return badge. If you purchased an item that is eligible for free returns and the free return is listed for that item on your invoice. You may return the item within 30 days by printing the free return shipping label that will be provided to you in your Joylot account. 

    For items sold and shipped by JoyLot approved third-party, the same 30-day return policy applies for unused and unworn items.

    Return refunds are processed daily and can take up to 3 days after receipt of your return. Every return is subject to inspection, we'll notify you via e-mail once we have completed your return process. Please allow up to one billing cycle to appear on your credit card statement.

    All refunds will be credited to the original payment used to place your order.

    RX prescription orders may be canceled within 3 hours of the original order time. Once our lab begins the process of an RX order the lenses are none refundable.


    JoyLot Marketplace Retailers Policy

    All orders other than JoyLot user-id, are purchased from one of our Certified Merchant Retailers.

    Each Certified Merchant Retailers has its own cancellation and returns policies and you must contact the Merchant directly if there is a problem with your order. To contact your Merchant Retailer, click on the My Account link and you will find the Merchant Retailers contact information. Prior to buying an item from one of JoyLot's Merchant Retailers, Click on the Return Policy tab in the item details page.

    Items purchased from a Certified JoyLot Merchant cannot be returned to JoyLot.com. You must return your purchase to the Merchant Retailer in accordance with their returns policy.


    Shipping Fees Refund

    Shipping fees paid when placing your order are non-refundable. If you return an item(s) from an order received Free shipping, the original shipping saved associated with the return will be deducted from the refund amount.

    To return your order using our printed postage-paid label or a shipping label issued by customer service, the cost of the shipping fees will be deducted from your refund. If you will cover the shipping cost to send back the package to JoyLot, the shipping fees are non-refundable.

    If an item is shipped and returned because it is not deliverable due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for shipping both ways. Orders for larger items that must ship freight require the shipping company to contact the customer prior to delivery. If the product is returned because the freight company could not reach the customer, this will be considered a return, and the order will be subject to our regular return policies.


    Restocking Fees on Certain Items

    Certain items sold and fulfilled by JoyLot are subject to a restocking fee and restocking fees may vary. The restocking fees for certain items are as follow.


    Non Returnable Items and Returns of Opened or Over 30 Days

    Items returned over 30 days from date of delivery date by the shipping carrier are non returnable and if approved a restocking fee of 50% will be deducted from your refund total. Over 30 days unapproved returns may subject to a shipping fee in order for us to ship the package back.

    • Computer laptops and desktops more than 30 days after delivery

    Wrong Order or Missing Parts

    JoyLot will stand behind its orders sold or fulfilled by JoyLot. If a problem arises with an order you have received for JoyLot or fulfilled by JoyLot, we certainly want to help and resolve any problems that may arise.


    Canceling or changing an order not yet shipped

    Order not yet entered or shipped may be canceled and or exchanged. To cancel or exchange an order will require direct contact via phone prior to shipping your order.

    Please note: Whenever exchanging an item may delay your order and it's delivery time. Due to the amount of packages shipped daily we cannot and do not guarantee to pull an order after it has entered the shipping process.


    Damaged or defective Items

    If you have received a damaged or defective item, we recommend contacting the manufacturer to see if they can help with the replacement shipped directly to you. If the manufacturer cannot provide help with your order. Simply contact us with your order number so that we will arrange to have your order replaced or refunded upon receipt to your account.


    Wrong or unordered item

    We suggest confirming your order by checking your account and the packing list for the model number and any other details that do not match your order. Upon confirming your order please contact us via e-mail or phone with your order number. If you have purchased from one of JoyLot's third party certified merchant, please contact the seller directly.


    Missing items within your order

    JoyLot may split orders and ship your items in multiple orders. Check the packing slip that was included in your order to match the items received with the packing slip. If an item ordered was not received with your shipment allow a few days for an additional shipment to arrive to fulfill your order. If an additional package or an e-mail notification was not received please feel free to contact us with your order number so that we will look into your order.


    Packing & Sending Your Return

    1. Pack your order safely including all original packaging and manuals.

    2. You may reuse the box your item arrived in or you may use your own packagings. Include the packing slip inside the box and tape it safely. (do not tape the original packaging of the item or the item itself)

    3. If you are using JoyLot shipping label affix the shipping label on the outside of the box and arrange for the shipping carrier to pick up, or take it to the post office or shipping center.

    4. If a shipping label was not provided we recommend shipping your return via track-able insured method.

    Exchanging.

    Due to the volume of sales and high demand for our products we cannot reserve items for an exchange. If you are like to exchange your order, you will need to reorder the new item and upon receipt of your return, a credit will be issued.

  34. Shipping fee charges.
    Every item being sold or offered on JoyLot has the shipping fees charges that JoyLot or it's merchants are charging. Most items are available to combine shipping. Shipping fees are charged by Item(s) or by Weight (for example)

    Fixed Rate Shipping Fee.

    • Base = If you buy an item that has the Base Fee charge you will pay the amount stated below the Base row.
    • + Additional Item = The additional item fee will be added for each additional item you buy from the seller in the same shipping group.
    • + Insurance = The insurance fee charge is offered by the seller, if there is an Insurance fee stated the fee will be charged for each item in your cart.
    • Insurance Option = If there is no amount stated and the insurance is included no additional charges will be added. If there is an amount and the option is requires you will be required to pay the insurance fees, if the insurance is optional you may decline or accept the insurance coverage option.

    If an items is offered and the shipping charge is a Base $4.95 + Additional Item at $1.95 and you buy 4 item your total would be $4.95 + $1.95 + $1.95 + $1.95 = $10.80

    Buying items from different seller, require separate checkout for each seller. Due to that each seller offers different shipping and payment options we are not able to offer one checkout.

This gives you full safety to our shoppers assuring them the security and confidence.     If you have already added the item to your cart for the full price, click on the My Cart button and delete the item from your cart. Once the item is removed from the cart you can make your offer and if your offer is accepted you will be able to continue with the checkout process.
