Exceeded Expectation

The Persol frames that I selected were “on sale” for a very attractive price. About a week after payment, I was contacted and told those frames were now “on backorder” and that I could wait an undetermined amount of time, or pay almost $100 MORE for similar “in stock” frames. Needing my glasses to see, I paid the additional cost and waited another 2 weeks for my glasses. Whatever. Upon opening the carefully packed box and finding a nice care kit, I got down to the now $304 glasses. PERFECT!! These are the nicest frames I have ever worn, and the lenses- the prescription- is AMAZING!! The feeling of being baited is gone. It did take longer than expected, but the quality, the QUALITY more than made up for the minor inconvenience of the price increase and slightly long turn-around time. Will definitely do business again, and will recommend to others.
