• Watches are shipped with the original manufacturer's boxes, packaging, and manuals. (Unless otherwise stated).
• Watches have the original manufactures serial numbers intact.
• Watches are not: refurbished, factory seconds, or replica products.
• Watches have a 1 to 10 year warranty program (see item for details).
Warranty info.
- Warranty does not cover items that have been altered or physically damaged.
- Warranty coverage excludes the crystal, battery, and strap.
- We warrant all of our products to be free from manufacturers' defects for a period of 30 days from date of shipment.
- After the initial 30 days if we are the Authorized Dealers for the brand of watch purchased, your warranty will be covered by the manufacturer you will be required to contact the manufacturer and the watch must be sent directly to them. (Contact us for dealers information)
- In the event that JoyLot is not an authorized dealer for you watch, your watch will be covered for a period of (1) year limited warranty. Yow will be required to send in the watch for repair to JoyLot
- Our warranty does not cover “external damage” to the product. JoyLot does not service watches with any damages resulting from wear to the watch case, crystal/glass, watch bracelet, watch bezel, straps, screws, crown/stem, finishes, clasps/buckles, or any other physical damage to the watch.
