Quality of product

I liked the convenience of ordering online, but was concerned about quality. I received the glasses and they seem just right - the lens is comfortable and the frame is what I wanted. Thanks.
One small issue - I'd like to tighten the arms a bit; there is a bit of slippage down my nose. With a brick and mortar store I would stop by and have them do that. I'm not sure where to go with these glasses. Any advice?
