Great glasses , badddd communication

I purchased these glasses for father's day for our day. on the website, it said "free 2 day shipping", therefore I would obviously get it in time right? nowhere on the website or the checkout process does it show "processing time".. it took almost 3 weeks for it be processed in the "lab" & be shipped. AND the shipping took 5 days NOT 2 days! I contacted customer service NUMEROUS times, some would tell me "the glasses will be out of the lab next week & ship out", next week would come but the glasses would STILL be in the lab. Their response: "we can't predict when the glasses will be out of the lab". I asked if I can pay extra to expedite & I couldn't. the most frustrating part was when I purchased it, it said "free 2 day shipping", the glasses shipped on Monday & didn't arrive to me until FRIDAY! Just BEWARE that the eta date the website gives you is NOT accurate, nor are the ETA dates that customer service gives. it was horrible waiting for the order to say the least, BUT the glasses are beautiful!
