JUDITH LEIBER WARRANTY
All JUDITH LIEBER Eyewear is covered under warranty for one year from the date of purchase against manufacturer defects. Coverage
is valid only with proof of purchase from an authorized JUDITH LEIBER retailer. Each frame is created by using the highest quality
craftsmanship and hand-finished with unique artisan detailing. This may result in a slight variation of detail between each frame.
This is not a defect, but expected due to the hand-crafted nature of the product.
A manufacturing defect is defined as any malfunction or failure that occurs without an external cause. Normal aging and wear and
tear is expected and should not be considered a manufacturing defect. This may include, but is not limited to, small scratches
from every day use or minor discoloration of metals resulting from natural skin oils or makeup.
The JUDITH LEIBER Warranty does NOT cover:
scratched lenses or scratched temples from normal wear and tear, general normal wear and tear, damage due to misuse, negligence,
accidents, unauthorized repair, alteration or manipulation, mishandling or abusive use ( knocks, dents, crushing, etc), frame
damage as a result of misuse by vehicles, pets, accidental breakage or damage by stepping or sitting on a frame.
Damages will be handled on a case by case basis
Additional repair services are available for a nominal charge for all frames not covered under the warranty. Please call Customer
Service at 866 534 2243 for a return authorization number. Upon approval and payment remittance the necessary repairs will be
completed. |
