Registration
In order to use this website, a user must first complete the registration form. During registration a user is required to give their contact information (such as name and email address). This information is used to contact the user about the services on our site for which they have expressed interest. For Buyers

All buyers information is strictly confidential and safe. Purchases made using JoyLot.com's checkout to pay for JoyLot purchases are 100% safe. Neither JoyLot or it's Merchants get access to your your financial information. In order for us to complete your transaction for an item you may be purchasing from a seller other than JoyLot. We will share the following information first name, last name, address, telephone and email address. Payments made for purchases from JoyLot certified merchants will receive your payment directly via the payment option you choose to complete your transaction using our secured checkout. Once a purchase is processed JoyLot does not save or forward any credit card numbers or financial information.

For Sellers

To become a seller on JoyLot, a registered member must provide an authorized confirmed address credit card. Members are welcome to update their credit card information simply by updating it on the credit card form.

• The credit card information is transmitted and protected by industry standard SSL encryption.

• The credit card information is stored in members online account immediately.

• JoyLot will bill members credit card on file automatically for JoyLot.com invoice.

Both buyers and sellers will have access to view each others information for items with a successful sale only. Email information is visible to buyers and sellers in My JoyLot section. And upon request, buyer or seller may retrieve contact information in which both will be notified that the seller or buyer has requested their information. The information provided is email, name, address and phone number.

Cookies
A cookie is a small piece of data that is sent to your browser from a web server and stored on your computer's hard drive. Cookies do not damage your system or impair its functioning in any way. We use cookies to help us provide customizable services and to allow you to sign-in to our site. Once a purchase is processed JoyLot does not save or forwards any credit card numbers. (which means as soon as you transmit your charge your credit card information is deleted immediately and no one has access to your credit card number)

Log Files
We use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the site, track users movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information.

Sharing
We will share aggregated demographic information with our partners and advertisers. This is not linked to any personal information that can identify any individual person.

We use a credit card processing company to bill users for goods and services. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes.
