If the items you ordered are defective in any way, please notify us within 3 business days of receiving the package and we will process an exchange for you free of charge.
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and original shipping cost is non-refundable. All returns must be requested within 14 business days and post-marked within ten business days of original delivery. The merchandise must be returned in the same condition as received, including packaging and certificates of authenticity. The cost of prescription lenses is not refundable, unless the lenses are defective or there was an error on our part. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping cost.
We allow a one-time exchange for another frame of equal or greater value, if you are unhappy with your initial selection. In this case, shipping charges in both directions will apply. Damaged or Wrong Items:
Should you receive a product(s) that you did not order, please contact our customer service department as soon as possible using any one of the methods on our contact us page.
If the boxes in which items arrive have extensive visible damage, please refuse delivery and contact our customer service department immediately. In some instances, returns may need to be processed through the manufacturer.
Please allow 5 - 7 business days from the time they are received for returns to be processed.
All claims must be made within 3 business days upon receipt for all damaged items.
