No Restocking Fees: Note that we do not believe in charging a restocking fee for returns from your refund. In the event you are not happy with your purchase made on JoyLot EyeglassesMall you will not be charged a restocking fee.
For an exchange: Buyer is responsible for shipping fees to return to us and 10.95 for us to resend the exchanged item.
For a refund shipping fees are non refundable.
If your purchase came with free shipping a refund will be made minus $10.95 + $5.95 each additional item for shipping fees.
You may return new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. item must be in original new condition including all booklets, inner case, outer case and authenticity cards. Shipping fees are non refundable.
On occasion there may be an item that has been oversold, back order or is no longer available, we will contact you with the status and or cancel your order and credit any charges that were made to your account.
All sunglasses frames are warranted for 1 Year from the date of purchase against any manufacturer’s defects. Manufacturer’s defects include: structural design, hinges, welding points, and colorings. Manufacturer’s defects DO NOT include: flagrant misuse causing frame damage, scratching or tarnish; pet damage; destruction or damage by vehicle; stepping on or sitting on the frame; bending or twisting the frame; or any other damage not considered a manufacturing flaw.
Defective frames, ( upon inspection ), will be replaced with a new pair. In cases where the frame is listed as discontinued (no longer manufactured), the frame will be replaced with another color or a different model of equal or lesser value. We will contact customers in these situations. Please be advised that all shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer, including any taxes and duties incurred with international packages.
If for any reason we discover that the damage is not a manufacturer defect, we will contact you and the customer is responsible for the shipping fees to ship the product back.

As a valued JoyLot customer, we will be happy to offer a one-time exchange only on a pair of eyeglasses or sunglasses prescription order within 30 days of the shipping date. Please note that prescription are non refundable. If an exchange is made to a new frames that the lenses cannot be transferred and a new set of lenses are required to be made on a frame exchange, we will credit 50% of the original lens price towards the new lenses. Addition shipping charges will apply.

Non defective frames returned in brand condition including all original packaging materials, unused warranty cards, and instruction booklets, will be credited with no restocking fees. Lenses are non refundable, and shipping fee are non refundable, free shipping order will incur a $10.95 charge.
All Rx orders must be purchased online and a recent prescription is required.
Every prescription lens purchased with a scratch-resistant coating. Please be advised no lens is 100% scratch proof and rough handling or incorrect cleaning can still scuff them up or create surface scratches.
In the event your lenses scratch to the point you want them replaced, we offer a one (1) time replacement charge of only 50% of the original cost of the lenses,( plus return shipping charges ) to replace them. This must be done within a year of the purchase date of the scratched lenses.
Tinting will be completed to market standards or for special levels of tint you will be required to specify.

- We ship domestic and worldwide, traceable service, please select your destination in the drop down list under the shipping tab for shipping destinations and rates.
- We ship to all addresses within the US including P.O. Box, APO AE, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Note that some item that may be overweight or too large for post office handling will be required to be shipped to a physical address.

Due to customers demand to receive their order as soon as possible, we only list products that are in stock and ready to ship to assure your satisfaction. Sir tin frames that come in different sizes, may require additional handling time.
